HOW SOON WILL I RECIEVE MY ORDER?
Ans: We endeavour to dispatch orders within two working days. Orders received before 1pm are generally dispatched the same day. Orders received after 1pm will be processed on the next working day, so take one day longer to arrive.

Note: Goods, once supplied will not be taken back or exchanged.
* The Buyer shall not cause the Items purchased under this quote/invoice being sold to/used by any persons/entities in countries which are under International Trade Restrictions, Sanctions or Embargo such as Iran, Sudan, Syria, etc. The Buyer shall keep Fred Navigation and its suppliers completely indemnified against any liability or legal procedures for noncompliance/breach in this respect.

If items are unavoidably out of stock, we will notify you of the anticipated delivery date. At certain times of the year, such as Christmas, we may take a little longer to turn round your order, but the delay will be kept to a minimum.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best service possible.
DELIVERY OF GOODS TO YOU
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and Fred Navigation will not be liable for their loss, damage or destruction.
All items are also subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible when the out of stock goods you have ordered are back in stock and have been shipped to you.
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside Ghana, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that Fred Navigation (FredNav) has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer.
